While patrolling the prison quarry, inmate Earnest Pickles sneaks up on Neil and stuffs him headfirst into a cement mixer. Somehow he is able to escape and stumble across Ophelia Payne, his mouth brimming with cement. Noticing a nearby chainsaw, she quickly takes action to remove the cement from his body.

OBSERVATIONS: He's been put through a cement mixer! Who...Who DOES that?! It's just such an ODD thing to do to a person - it's depraved AND inefficient!

SYMPTOMS: The patient has ingested a huge amount of cement, which has coated his insides and set fast! I...I just can't quite understand why he didn't close his mouth?

ACTION: We have to hack his internal organs free from the cement - but the pizza cutter does nothing! We're going to need something SERIOUS!

Pre-op for Neil File
This surgery is an introduction to the chainsaw. To remove cement blocks, use the chainsaw in a circular motion. Make sure not to go too fast or you may harm Neil. When entering various parts of the body, you'll have to replace Neil's lungs and stomach.
